Return Policy

Sight Mount Gunsights LLC offers a 10 day limited warranty. Warranty covers only manufacturer defects. Please open your package and check for the presence of all parts and condition of product upon receipt.  Warranty does not cover damage from installation, it is warranted only against manufacturing defects or missing parts.

 

All returns must include the original invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact email, and RMA number.  Item must be returned as packaged, with a written description of the alleged defect. Upon receipt product will be inspected and either repaired or replaced at our discretion.

 

Please contact Sight Mount Gunsights LLC by email or phone to receive an RMA number. DO NOT return ANYTHING until you have made contact with Sight Mount Gunsights LLC to receive an RMA number. When you are returning merchandise, we recommend that you use a carrier that offers tracking numbers and that you place the full value of insurance on the parcels.  Sight Mount Gunsights LLC is not responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us.
